Description

CELLER JOAN D’ANGUERA Black Garnacha that comes out as D.O. Montsant, a wine that presents itself with notes of strawberry, raspberry and very subtle vanilla; wine with very good acidity and low levels of tannins.

PREPARATION: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks using native yeasts. Natural stabilization due to the cold of winter. Bottled unfiltered. Aged for 12-14 months in French oak barrels; biodynamic agriculture.
