Description

CELLER JOAN RUBIÓ Xarello made in the Alt-Penedés but released without D.O, is presented with citrus, white flowers and bakery notes. In the mouth it remains very fresh thanks to the good acidity, the fine bubbles and the good minerality.

PREPARATION: the production of this wine consists of the ancestral method with a complete destemming, maceration for 7 days, beginning of alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts in a stainless steel tank, end of fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging on lees for 14 months ; biodynamic agriculture.
