CELLER BRUNO GIACOSA: Nebbiolo, D.O.C Barbaresco. Wine that presents itself with a nose of great aromatic complexity where spicy notes, violet and fresh red fruits predominate. In the mouth it is characterized by being structured and full-bodied with fine tannins. Wood and vanilla predominate with a subtle finish of leather and chocolate. Very good acidity and medium tannins.
PREPARATION: The grapes are collected manually, cooled in chambers and will subsequently undergo fermentation and maceration for 25 days in stainless steel. Fully developed malolactic fermentation. It ends with an aging of 32 months in French oak barrels with an additional 6 months in the bottle.
