Description

BRUNO GIACOSA CELLAR: Nebbiolo, D.O.C Barolo. Wine that presents itself with a complex nose, predominantly leather, earthy aromas and slightly tar notes; with aromas of compote cherry and strawberries, vanilla and oak finish. In mouth it is a wine with very good acidity with high tannins.
PREPARATION: The grapes are collected manually, cooled in chambers and will subsequently undergo fermentation and maceration for 25 days in stainless steel. Fully developed malolactic fermentation. It ends with an aging of 32 months in French oak barrels with an additional 10 months in the bottle.
