BODEGA ENVÍNATE. Listán negro from old vines D.O. Ycoden-Daute-Isora. Made in Teide, on volcanic soils. It shows up with fragrant fresh red fruit, violet notes and mineral touches. Light, fresh and deep drink, with a raised palate.

PREPARATION: maceration for 20 days in concrete and small open buckets with 30% stems, alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts, final fermentation in 228 l barrels, without added sulfites. Aging for 8 months in neutral oak barrels. Natural winemaking.
