CELLER MARQUÉS DEL MURRIETA Coupage of Tempranillo and Mazuelo that comes out as D.O.Ca. Rioja, a wine that presents notes of strawberry and ripe raspberry, aromas of cloves and nutmeg, tea leaves, fine leather and graphite; wine with very good acidity and velvety tannins.

PREPARATION: Manual harvest, the clusters are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 11 – 15 days, with daily pumping over and pumping over. Aged for 28 months in American (Tempranillo) and French (Mazuelo) oak barrels, followed by at least 3 years of bottle rest before going on the market; ecological agriculture.
