Description

CELLER MAS D’EN GIL Coupage of Garnatxa Blanca and Viognier that comes out as D.O.Q Priorat, a wine that presents itself with notes of quince, honey, raisin, puff pastry and dried fruit; wine with good acidity and slight oxidation.

PREPARATION: traditional vinification in stainless steel separately, a part of the wine (40%) is aged in 225-liter French oak barrels for 6 months; biodynamic agriculture.
