RAÚL MORENO Palomino 80% and Arinto 20% grafted on old vines from the Miraflores estate (Sanlúcar de Barrameda), made in Cádiz, but released without D.O, a wine that is presented with notes of orange marmalade, violets, citrus and marked saline minerality; wine with very good acidity.

PREPARATION: Arinto fermented with the skins and stems for two weeks, and the palomino from clone 84, fermentation with skins for 5 days. The blend is made in Amontillado chestnut bocoyes. Reductive aging where the barrel is refilled once a week; ecological agriculture.
