CELLER JACQUESSON: Coupage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. 70% of grapes from 2018 and 30% of reserve wine from the winery that comes out as A.O.C Champagne (Äy, Avize, Oiry, Dizy and Hautvillers). Wine that is balanced and complex. Citrus and brioche notes on the nose, on the palate it presents itself as a silky champagne where pear and peach predominate. Fresh, vibrant and silky finish. Good acidity and well-integrated bubbles.
PREPARATION: Vinifies in unfiltered foudres and spends 4 years on its lees, then it is disgorged (Dosage 2g/l). Ecological agriculture.
