CELLER CEPAS 21 Tempranillo that comes out as D.O. Ribera del Duero, a wine that presents itself with notes of black blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, black pepper and cloves; wine with very good acidity and high levels of tannins.

PREPARATION: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 26 days at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels for 30 days and aging in them; ecological agriculture.
