TABLA RASA – Alfredo Arribas. Malvasia of Italian origin. DO. Montsant with clay and slate soils. Ecstatic nose of fragrant nectars. Fatty and broad wine, full of herbs and honeys once opened, reminiscent of bitter almonds and stone fruits. Deep passage and mineral finish.

PREPARATION: Destemmed grain by grain, cold pre-fermentation, fermented with its skins and leaving it for more than two months. Organic farming with biodynamic practices.
