Description

CELLER AT ROCA Coupage of Garnatxa Negra and Macebeo that comes out as Classic Penedès, a wine that is presented with notes of stone fruit, gooseberry and minerals; wine with fine, well-integrated bubbles, very good acidity and light tannins.

PREPARATION: vinification follows traditional method, aging for 7 months in French oak barrels and then 30 months in bottle on fine lees; ecological agriculture. BRUT NATURE
