Description

CELLER RADIKON Pignolo that comes out as Friuli-Venezia Giulia I.G.T, a wine that is presented with notes of blackberry, black cherry, cloves, leather, black pepper, vanilla, balsamic herbs and licorice; wine with very good acidity and high levels of tannins.

PREPARATION: fermentation in Slavonian oak barrels, 1 month with the skins, 5 years of aging in the same barrels. Second aging for 6 years in bottle; biodynamic agriculture.
