Description

CELLER ROAGNA: Nebbiolo that is presented with notes of leather, cherry and red fruits. The palate is perceptible lightness and a somewhat minty finish. Red fruit predominates, with very good tannins and very good acidity. PREPARATION: fermentation is carried out in Slavonian oak foudre for ten days. Subsequently, the submerged skins are macerated for 2 and a half months (70-90 days). Aged for 5 years in Slavonian oak foudres; biodynamic agriculture.
