CELLER BEOIT LAHAYE: Single-varietal Pinot Noir, wine that presents notes of strawberry, raspberries and yeast. A mineral and earthy finish predominates. PREPARATION: Maceration of the whole grapes for 20 hours, fermentation on its own lees and finishing with disgorging in October 2021. EXTRA BRUT 4g/L.
