CANTINA GIUSEPPE QUINTARELLI: Coupage of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. It comes out with D.O.C.G Amarone della Valpolicella. Wine that presents itself with notes of cherry, berries and raisins. It has a light herbal and spicy aroma. In the mouth it is a warm and complex wine, balanced with high tannins and good acidity. PREPARATION: The grapes are carefully selected during the harvest. They are then left to rest in wooden boxes, thus maturing naturally, for about 45 days. It is pressed and then macerated for 2 months, ending with 7 years of aging in Slavonian oak.
