Empordà, deep and structured wine that presents itself with notes of vanilla, tobacco and citrus; of good salinity and minerality. PREPARATION: fermentation with native yeasts in steel tanks, aging for 7 months in first-use French oak and chestnut barrels; biodynamic and regenerative agriculture.
